1. Free Exchange on Damaged or Wrong Items

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make on flinzofashion.com. In the event that your item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, we offer a free exchange service. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us via WhatsApp at our support number: +971 54 468 0306, within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request additional details, such as videos or photos of the damaged/wrong product to facilitate the exchange process.

2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a product exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    • All Products which is Customized / Personalized or Modified No Exchange Available, For Alterations we always ready to Help our Customers – Charges apply.
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • The item must not have been washed , Customized or have had its tags removed.
    • Limited to one time exchange, kindly review before confirming the exchange order.

3. Time Limit for Exchange

  1. We accept product exchanges within 2 days of the original purchase date. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

4. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange, for non-customized products please follow these steps:

    • Contact us via WhatsApp at our support number: +971 54 468 0306 within 2 days of receiving the product.
    • Provide the necessary details, including the order number, description of the issue, and any requested video or photo evidence.
    • Once we verify the eligibility for the exchange, we will proceed with the exchange process will done in 3-5 days.

5. Shipping Charges for Exchange

  1. For eligible exchanges shipping charges will be 40 AED. These charges will be borne by the customer.

6. No Refund Policy - Only Exchange

At Flinzo Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to provide an exchange policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
